Creating Store with Bot

A bot enables additional features like payment processing, order notifications, and inline search.

Step 1: Create a Group

Create a new group in Telegram for managing your orders. This will be your main group where the bot will send order updates.

  1. Open Telegram and create a new group
  2. Name it anything you like (e.g., “My Shop Orders”)
  3. Note: You’ll need to add your bot to this group later

Step 2: Create Your Bot

  1. Open @BotFather  in Telegram
  2. Click Start and send /newbot
  3. Choose a name and username for your bot (must end with bot or _bot)
  4. BotFather will provide a TOKEN — copy this token, you’ll need it soon

Step 3: Create the Store

  1. Open @ShopsBuilderBot  in Telegram
  2. Click StartOpenAddCreate Store
  3. At the “Add Bot” step, choose Connect Personal Bot
  4. Paste your BOT TOKEN from Step 2
  5. Add your bot to the order management group you created
  6. Click Refresh

Step 4: Complete Setup

  1. Enter your store name and email
  2. Choose a template
  3. Configure your store settings

What’s next? You’ll receive an email with a link to the CRM where you can add products.

Accessing the CRM

After creating your store, you’ll manage your products through the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

How to Access CRM

  1. Check your email for the registration link (sent when you create your first shop)
  2. Click the link to register in the CRM
  3. Work with the CRM — we recommend using a laptop or tablet
  • First shop? Check your Spam folder
  • Already have a shop? The link is only sent for the first shop. New shops appear in your existing account automatically

You can also find the CRM link in @ShopsBuilderBot  under the Store section.

Promoting Your Store

Once your store is set up, attract customers with these strategies:

Telegram Channel

If you have a channel talking about your products:

  • Link your store — Add a button to pinned messages
  • Create content — Share product information, tips, and tutorials
  • Build audience — Engage followers with valuable content

How to add a store button:

  1. Make @posted  bot an admin in your channel
  2. Send a message from your channel to the posted bot
  3. Click “Create Post” and enter your post text
  4. Click “URL Buttons”
  5. Specify button name and store link (e.g., “Open Shop - https://t.me/YourBot/shop ”)
  6. Click “Next” → “🔥Publish”
  7. Pin the post in your channel
