How to Prepare Your Store for Placement

1. Fill in Your Store Contact Details
- Go to Store Settings → Link Setup
- Add a link to your contact or external information
You can add a link to an external resource, your website, or your Telegram contact.
If you’d like all customer messages to come into a group chat, use the Customer Support Feature.
2. Set Up Delivery
Clearly specify your delivery methods and estimated times. When buyers understand how and when they’ll receive their order, they’re more likely to complete the purchase.
3. Enable Payment Options
We recommend adding multiple payment methods: cards, crypto, SBP, etc. The more convenient it is for a customer to pay, the more likely they are to complete a purchase.

- Fill out a short form:
- Cover image — 750 x 300 px
- Countries — Where you operate
- Short business description
- Full business description
- Business locations — For nearby search
- Business categories
- Pay the symbolic placement fee — 50 Telegram Stars (~$1).
This small fee helps us maintain quality and manually review each submission.
