Available Payment Methods

Payment Configuration
Where to Add Payment Methods
In @ShopsBuilderBot , go to Payments section in your store settings.
Adding Multiple Methods
You can offer multiple payment options. Customers choose their preferred method at checkout.
Currency Settings
Set your base currency. Prices will display in this currency, and conversions happen automatically.
Order Notifications
Payment Confirmation
When a customer pays, you’ll receive notification in:
- Your order management group
- Customer’s support thread (if applicable)
Security
Are Payments Secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through:
- Telegram’s payment system — For Stars and TON
- Verified payment providers — For bank cards
Customer Data Protection
Your customers’ payment information is handled securely by Telegram and payment providers. We never store sensitive payment details.
