Adding Products
Add and manage your products in the CRM.
Required Product Details
Every product must have these fields filled:

| Name | Product title | Required |
| Image | Product photo(s) | Required |
| Price | Cost of the product | Required |
| Currency | Price currency | Required |
| Available Quantity | Stock count | Must be greater than 0! |
⚠️ If the available quantity is 0 or not set, the product will not appear in your store.
Optional but Recommended Details
The more information you provide, the easier it will be for customers to decide to buy:
- Description — Detailed product information
- SKU — Stock keeping unit for inventory tracking
- Specifications — Size, color, material, etc.
- Variants — Different versions of the same product

How to Add a Product
- Go to the Products tab
- Click the + sign at the bottom of the table
- Enter the product name
- Upload images
- Fill in all required details
- Link to a category (see below)
You can also use the “Add Product” form for a guided experience.
Product Descriptions
Writing Effective Descriptions
A good product description helps customers make purchasing decisions. Include:
Essential Information:
- What the product is
- Key features and benefits
- Materials or ingredients
- Dimensions or specifications
Formatting Tips:
- Keep descriptions concise — mobile users have limited screen space
- Use bullet points for features
- Include relevant keywords for search
- Be honest and accurate
Example Structure:
[Product Name] — One-line summary
Key Features:
• Feature 1
• Feature 2
• Feature 3
Specifications:
- Size: ...
- Material: ...

Products Not Appearing?
After adding a new category or product in the CRM, it might take up to one minute for it to appear in your store. Please wait for the changes to update.
Common Issues Checklist
Check these if products or categories don’t display:
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| ❌ Missing product name | Add a name to the product |
| ❌ No images added | Upload at least one image |
| ❌ Quantity not set | Set available quantity > 0 |
| ❌ No price/currency | Specify price and currency |
| ❌ Category loop | Don’t set a category as its own parent |
⚠️ If a category is set as its own “parent category,” the category and all its products will not show up in the store.
Managing Inventory
Stock Levels
Always update quantity when stock changes:
- Set to 0 when out of stock
- Update when items are restocked
Bulk Operations
Currently, drag-and-drop reordering is not available. Move items one row at a time.
