Inventory tracking automatically monitors and updates your stock levels after each purchase. This feature eliminates manual stock management and prevents overselling.
Step-by-Step Setup
Step 1: Enable Warehouse Accounting
- Go to your store settings
- Navigate to Premium → Warehouse Accounting
- Toggle the feature ON
Step 2: Add Products with Quantities
When adding or editing products in CRM:
- Open the product you want to configure
- Find the Quantity field
- Enter the available stock number
- Save the product
Important: Each product must have a quantity specified for tracking to work correctly.
Step 3: Monitor Automatic Updates
Once enabled, the system handles everything automatically:

Step 4: Restock When Needed
When inventory runs low:

- Update the Quantity field with new stock
