Creating Store Without Bot

You can create a basic store without a bot for simple cash payments.

Steps

1. Open @ShopsBuilderBot  in Telegram
2. Click Start → Open → Add → Create Store
3. At the “Add Bot” step, select Create Store Only
4. Enter your store name and email
5. Choose a template

Done! Your store is now created.

Limitations

Without a bot, your store has some limitations:

Adding Products

The CRM is organized as a table where you add your products and their parameters.

Best Practices for Product Images

• Product cards: Use square images in .webp format
• Category covers & shop covers: Use rectangular images in .webp format
• Animations: You can also use GIF and Lottie format

Adding Images

You can add up to 10 images per product.

Why Products Don’t Appear

After adding products in the CRM, wait about one minute for changes to take effect. Common reasons products don’t show:

• Product name not specified
• No images added
• No quantity available
• No price or currency set
• Category set as its own parent category

Accessing the CRM

After creating your store, you’ll manage your products through the CRM.

How to Access CRM

1. Check your email for the registration link (sent when you create your first shop)
2. Click the link to register in the CRM
3. Work with the CRM — we recommend using a laptop or tablet

Didn’t Receive Registration Link?

• First shop? Check your Spam folder
• Already have a shop? The link is only sent for the first shop. New shops appear in your existing account automatically

Connecting a Bot Later

You can always connect a bot later to unlock additional features:

• Payment processing (Stars, TON, Bank Cards)
• Order notifications
• Inline search
• Newsletters
