How to Accept Card Payments

To enable bank card payments:

  1. Contact a local payment provider
  2. Open an account with the provider
  3. Provide your store details
  4. Connect the provider to your shop

Troubleshooting

Payment Failed

  1. Verify payment method is enabled
  2. Check customer’s account has sufficient funds
  3. Verify payment provider is working
  4. Try an alternative payment method

Customer Says They Paid

Check your order group for payment confirmation notifications. If you don’t see it:

  • Verify the payment went through
  • Check with the customer
  • Contact your payment provider
