Related products let you offer additional options to customers during checkout. This helps increase average order value and improve the shopping experience.

How to Set Up

Step 1: Enable the Feature

  1. Go to your store settings
  2. Navigate to Premium → Product Attributes
  3. Activate Related Products

Once enabled, two tables appear in the CRM:

  • Options for Products — Specific additional products/services
  • Category Options — Grouping related products

Step 2: Configure Options for Products

Create specific additional product options:

What to specify:

  • Name — e.g., “Animation”, “Gift Wrapping”
  • Price — Additional cost (e.g., $20)
  • Image — Optional, for visual appeal

Step 3: Configure Category Options

Link options to specific products:

What to specify:

  • Category Name — e.g., “Content Type”, “Additional Services”
  • Number of Available Options — How many options customers can select
  • Mandatory Selection — Whether options are required
  • Linked Products — Which products can have these options
  • Select Options — Add previously created options

How It Looks for Customers

When placing an order, customers see:

  • Standard product option — Often free or base price
  • Additional options — With extra cost clearly shown
